William Collinge

Collinge and Associates, Inc. is an independent research and consulting organization funded by the National Institutes of Health and other sources to develop innovative approaches to benefiting public health. Projects have addressed a diversity of topics from professional education in palliative care to caregiver education, personal health informatics for symptom reduction, Veterans' mental health, and mind/body interventions. Our work is conducted in collaboration with like-minded researchers, organizations and institutions at the community and national levels. Teams of experts from academia and the private sector (listed below) are assembled for each project based on their unique expertise. William Collinge, PhD, MPH, LCSW, President, is a researcher, author and consultant in the field of integrative health care. He has served as a scientific review administrator and peer reviewer for the National Institutes of Health, and as Principal Investigator on twelve NIH-sponsored studies. William has extensive experience in direct services for people with cancer, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, HIV/AIDS and other conditions, and has a private practice of health-related psychotherapy and mind/body medicine in Eugene, Oregon. He has led trainings and retreats across North America, in Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. (Publications, Vitae)
